Abstract

  • PDMS-based PCR chip has micro-pore of PDMS induced several problems such as bubble formation, sample evaporation, and sample adsorption.
  • To resolve these problems, parylene-C has been used to encapsulate microfluidic devices.
  • Commercial PCR machine utilize Peltier (TEC) which is high power consumption (400W).
  • To reduce power consumption, dual micro Pt heater and dual blower fan have been used.
